Fees and Schedule

The fee for in person regular registration is 375 USD, increasing to 450 USD after May 1st. In person student registration is 250 USD, increasing to 300 USD after May 1st. The fee for an extra ticket for the conference dinner is 60 USD.

Online only participation is now available as well. The fee for online registration is 50 USD. More details about accessing talks and discussions online will come shortly before the conference begins.

On Sunday, June 11th, there will be a welcome reception in the evening, location to be announced later.

We plan to also host Comp-Geometers' 60th BD Fest (Agarwal, Aronov, Dey, and whoever else) — An informal event after CG Week on Friday, June 16th. All participants of CGWeek are invited to join. Please indicate during the registration process whether you are interested in joining.

Registration is a two-step process. First, please fill out this in person registration questionnaire if you plan to attend in person. If you plan to attend online only, fill out this online only registration questionnaire instead. After filling out the appropriate questionaire, please visit the UT Dallas Marketplace and click Add To Cart to pay. If you are planning on staying on campus at the University Commons, you will also be required to fill out a Release and Indemnification Agreement and a Medical Info and Release form before arrival.

We ask all attendees in need of childcare to contact the local organizers before registering for the conference.
