Robotics Team, Aspiring Teachers Receive Recognition, Awards
Psychology major Alexis Vizcaya-Contreras is one of 11 UT Dallas students awarded the Charles Butt Scholarship for Aspiring Teachers, which helps to recruit and retain the most talented teachers for Texas public schools.

Pain Researchers Earn Scholars Award, Society Fellowship
Dr. Katelyn Sadler’s award will support her work on how bacteria contributes to chronic pain conditions, and Dr. Michael Burton’s fellowship will allow him to better communicate information about pain care and treatment.
