Alumna Helps Turn the Tables on Kids’ Communication Challenges In 2015, Courtney Willis founded her Dallas clinic, Speech Wings Therapy, adopting the name from Helen Keller who described her inability to communicate early in life as having speech wings that were weak and broken.

UTD To Honor Newest Group of Endowed Chairs, Professors Dr. Michael Burton, Assistant Professor of neuroscience in the School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences, was endowed April 14 as a Fellow, Eugene McDermott Professor. Endowments are the highest academic honor the University can bestow.
