Alumni Note
Mareze Crone
Mareze Crone BS’25

Recent psychology graduate Mareze Crone BS’25 has spent more than a decade balancing her studies with a full-time career at UT Dallas. As a director in the Office of the Registrar she oversees transfer credit, graduation, and degree audits, supporting students from the start of their academic journey through commencement.

Crone said her experience in the School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences strengthened her ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and view challenges from multiple perspectives. She added that these skills have proved invaluable in her current role as she navigates policy changes, solves problems, and leads her team.

Earning her degree was a particularly meaningful milestone, she said. Taking just six credit hours per semester as a staff member, Crone completed her bachelor’s after a determined 12-year journey — an accomplishment she celebrates with pride.
